Bennett Goff #10·QB/LB Middleton · 2011

Height 6' 2"
Weight 210
Grad Year 2012
Bio First Team All-Conference and WFCA First Team All-State as a senior. Finalist for John Anderson Award presented by WisSports.net to top senior linebacker. Goff was a bit under the radar coming into this season after playing in just six games last year due to injury. Despite seeing limited action last season, he was selected Second Team All-Conference in the Big Eight, which featured some of the state's top linebackers. Goff runs a 4.6 second 40-yard dash, and that explosive athletic ability is clearly visible in his highlight film. After watching it last night, I was extremely impressed, and feel it is one of the most impressive films I have seen all year. He shows great explosion, overall agility, strength, and "pop" in his hips plus the ability to diagnose and react to the play. It is clear he is a big-time sleeper in the Class of 2012, as I feel he could be a Top Ten type player and earn multiple high level Division I scholarships. Mother an Olympian and is a member of the Wisconsin Track and Field Hall of Fame while dad played linebacker at the University of Hawaii as a scholarship athlete.
