Bio Junior season: First Team All-Conference choice as a sophomore. Has incredible versatility as a running back, receiver, and return man. Very fluid and comfortable catching the ball out of the backfield. Sophomore season: The understudy to class of 2010's Torrie Tyson (University of Mary) and class of 2011's Melvin Gordon (12 DI scholarship offers) as a sophomore, Jackson didn't get a lot of opportunities last season managing just 20 carries for 133 yards and two touchdowns. Invited to the National Underclassmen Combine's Ultimate 100 Camp in Indianapolis, Jackson qualified for the event after recording a 4.53-second 40-yard dash, 4.36-second shuttle, 35.5-inch vertical jump, 114-inch broad jump and 11 bench press reps at 155-pounds while at the National Underclassmen Combine in Chicago. Jackson also put together a standout performance at the Nike Combine in Chicago where he posted the top SPARQ rating for the class of 2012 and the tenth best overall SPARQ rating out of 968 prospects in attendance with a score of 100.29. That 100.29 was the result of a 4.59-second laser-timed 40-yard dash, 4.29-second shuttle, 39.3-inch vertical jump and 34-foot power ball toss. Jackson is a honor roll student who boasts a 3.9 GPA.
