| Bio | Named Associated Press honorable-mention all-state, WFCA all-region, first-team all-conference and the Coulee Conference Player of the Year, Perner rushed 293 times for 1,949 yards and 24 touchdowns last season. No slouch on defense either, Perner also earned WFCA all-region, La Crosse Tribune first-team all-area and first-team all-conference recognition at defensive back after tallying 52 solo tackles, 33 assisted tackles, three tackles for loss, six pass break ups and one forced fumble.
