Please note, divisional placement in our poll is based on our Enrollment Projections done earlier this year. Divisional placement in the WIAA playoffs is not determined until after the season and these projections can and will be different than the divisions at the end of the year.

Division 1

Muskego is a clear number one. Franklin is a clear number two. After that, things get a bit murky. Marquette's first loss of the year at the hands of Brookfield East caused the Hilltoppers to move down one spot from third to fourth, as Hudson moves up to the top three. D.C. Everest dropped a second straight game, this time to Mukwonago, as the Evergreens are now down to ninth. Chippewa Falls re-enters the poll in the number ten spot, as the Cardinals are one of four ranked teams in the division with multiple losses.

Division 2

Menomonee Falls is a clear leader in Division 2, but what an interesting week elsewhere. Burlington was knocked off by Union Grove, and it had a huge impact on both teams. The Demons of Burlington tumble all the way from second to eighth, while Union Grove goes from unranked to third this week. Germantown moves up a spot after shutting out Catholic Memorial, as the Warhawks are now ninth.

Division 3

Despite missing a second straight game, Whitefish Bay is the top-ranked team in Division 3. Medford was upended by Rice Lake in a rather big upset, and the Raiders paid the price, falling from second to fourth, as the Rhinelander Hodags are now the second-ranked team in Division 2. Pewaukee's impressive win over New Berlin Eisenhower has the Pirates at number ten this week despite a 2-3 overall record against a very challenging schedule.

Division 4

This was a significant litmus test week to see just how much voters valued playing larger competition but losing. And not surprisingly, they looked on it pretty favorably. Catholic Memorial remains the top-ranked team in Division 4 in unanimous fashion, despite suffering a second defeat on the year at the hands of D2 ranked team Germantown. Wrightstown suffered its first loss against Kaukauna, now the second-ranked team in Division 2, and it only cost the Tigers one spot, as they slid from second to third, one position behind Ellsworth. Freedom went down against Oak Creek in a one-point game, and the Irish actually moved up one spot to fifth as a result. Sheboygan Falls faced off with D3 ranked squad Plymouth and left with a close defeat, and the Falcons drop just one spot from eighth to ninth. Lake Mills re-enters the rankings after River Valley went down to Mineral Point.

Division 5

Not many changes in Division 5, where Lake Country Lutheran holds down the number one position. An impressive seven unbeaten teams are in the rankings, occupying the top seven spots. Stanley-Boyd re-enters this week after Spooner drops out following a loss to Cumberland.

Division 6

It was very close, but Mineral Point edged out Regis for the top spot in Division 6. Regis had to cancel last week and is done for the regular season (though the door remains open for postseason opportunities), while Mineral Point beat a very good River Valley team last week. Durand fell to Elk Mound, dropping the Panthers from third to sixth. River Ridge, sporting a 4-1 record, debuts in the rankings this season at number ten.

Division 7

Edgar is a dominating force in the Division 7 voting, as the Wildcats put a running clock on previously ranked Division 3 team Shawano. Lourdes Academy remains second, as Reedsville narrowly moves ahead of Highland for fourth. Hilbert's loss to Reedsville dropped the Wolves from fifth to eighth this week. Hurley makes a move from tenth to seventh after a win over Grantsburg gave the Northstars the Lakeland Conference title.

8-Player

Despite having to cancel its final regular season contest and withdraw from the playoffs, Newman Catholic retained the top spot in the Coaches Poll. The top six is identical to last week, though Greenwood slid ahead of McDonell Central for the number seven position. Three Lakes enters this week at number ten.
