Kettle Moraine senior Grace Grocholski has been selected as the Hometown Ticketing Athlete of the Week for the week of January 29 - February 5 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 3,229 total votes this week. Grocholski topped all vote getters with 1,217 votes. Deerfield's Cal Fisher came in second with 675 votes.

Grocholski is one of the top players in the state on one of the top teams in the state and hit a career milestone that many dream of this past week. The West Virginia commit had 35 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals as the Lasers beat Muskego 77-55. Grocholski then had 29 points and eight rebounds in a 56-52 victory over Arrowhead. That performance pushed Grochoski's career scoring total to over 2,000 points. Kettle Moraine sits atop the Division 1 WSN Coaches Poll and is looking to repeat as WIAA State Champions.

This week the Lasers took care of Oconomowoc 95-45 as Grocholski continued her tear with 29 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, six steals and two blocks.
