De Pere is a unanimous pick atop the Division 1 rankings once again, with Arrowhead and Marquette close behind. There were once again plenty of changes elsewhere in the poll, as Marshfield fell to Eau Claire North in a non-conference game and slipped a couple spots to sixth. Homestead moves into the poll this week, with Sun Prairie West falling out after a loss to Madison West.

In the second of what could still be three meetings between the teams, Wisconsin Lutheran nipped Pewaukee again, solidifying the Vikings' number one ranking again. Pewaukee does remain in the second spot. The entire top five remains the same, though Wauwatosa West did suffer a loss, with several other rankings teams losing further down the poll. While there was some movement in the rankings, the teams in the top ten remain the same as last week.

Saint Thomas More stretched its lead over Kiel a bit for the number one ranking in the WisSports.net Division 3 Boys Basketball poll. Xavier and Dominican are next in the rankings. Lake Mills falls out of the top five and out of the rankings altogether after a couple defeats over the last week. Milwaukee Academy of Science moves into the top five. Platteville has dominated the SWC, and sporting a 18-3 overall record, the Hillmen enter the poll for the first time at number nine.

No changes in the top five of the Division 4 rankings, where Marathon edges Darlington for the top spot. Only one ranked team lost last week, as Kenosha St. Joseph fell twice, but remains in the poll at number nine.

Columbus Catholic is the top-ranked team again in Division 5, where Solon Springs, Almond-Bancroft, Royall, and Abundant Life round out the top five this week. River Ridge and Oakfield are new to the rankings, replacing Ithaca and Rib Lake.
