The winter sports seasons are in the book and the points have tabulated for the WSN Cup. The WSN Cup is an award that honors schools that provide and achieve success in many of the WIAA sponsored sports. The award totals points earned in both men's and women's sports. All current WIAA sponsored sports are included as part of the scoring for the award.

Arrowhead, who has won the first two WSN Cups, will be looking for its third straight as they take a 191-point lead into spring sports. They not only are in first overall but they accumulated the most points in the fall sports season and the most in the winter season as well. In addition to taking home a gold ball in Boys Basketball, they took home a championship in gymnastics and scored points in Boys-Swimming, Wrestling, Boys Hockey and Girls Hockey.

The rest of the top five in the Large School division for winter sports were Wausau West, Wisconsin Rapids, River Falls and Madison Memorial.

In the cumulative standings Middleton is in second place followed by Muskego, Marquette and Madison Memorial. To view the full cumulative rankings for Large Schools, click here.

The other Classic 8 state champ in Boys Basketball, Catholic Memorial, holds on to the lead in the Medium sized schools division. However it was Whitefish Bay that held the most points in winter sports with a second place in Swimming and Gymnastics to go along with being a sectional finalist in Boys Basketball.

Edgewood, Catholic Memorial, New Berlin Eisenhower and Sauk Prairie round out the top five for the Medium School winter sports season.

In the cumulative standings, defending champion Madison Edgewood is in second place followed by Whitefish Bay, Shorewood and Notre Dame. To view the full cumulative rankings for Medium Schools, click here.

Similar to Catholic Memorial, McDonell Central was able to hold on to their overall lead that they built in the fall. Oostburg, however, was the winter leader with a runner-up finish in Girls-Basketball, a semifinal appearance in the Team Wrestling tournament, and a regional final in Boys-Basketball. Following the Dutchmen for the Winter season were Cuba City, University School, Brillion and Newman.
