Athlete of the Week Sept. 10-16: Sam Siebenaller, Germantown

Sam Siebenaller of Germantown girls swimming has been selected as the Army National Guard Athlete of the week for the week of September 10 through the 16th following a statewide vote on WisSports.net.
There were 2825 total votes this week and Siebenller beat out Annie Goerdt of Green Bay Preble girls volleyball.
Germantown won the Pirate Invitational at Pewaukee on Saturday. Sam won four events for the Warhawks: 200-yard medley relay, 200 individual medley, 100 butterfly and 200 free relay.
Remember, the only way your favorite player can be named Army National Guard Athlete of the Week is to vote and spread the word. Look for next week's nominees to be posted on Sunday evening.
