Athlete of the Week Nominees for November 5-11

Below are the nominees for the Army National Guard Athlete of the Week for the week of November 5 through 11. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

Abby Jagdfeld, Waukesha South/Mukwonago girls swimming, set a record in one event and took home two other first place finishes at the Division 1 State Girls Swimming and Diving Tournament. She won the 200-yard Freestyle in a record time 1:47.67, captured the 100-yard Freestyle in a time of 50.54 and also was a member of the 400-yard Freestyle Relay championship.

Kristin Malone, Shorewood girls swimming, set two Division 2 records at the WIAA State Girls Swimming and Diving Tournament over the weekend. Malone won the 200-yard Freestyle in a time of 1:48.83 and the 100-yard Freestyle in 50.28. 

Bridgette Alexander, Milton girls swimming, won her third straight 200-yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:04.54. Alexander also won the 100-yard backstroke in a Division 2 record time of 55.45.

Mason Dixon, Big Foot football, finished with 289 yards and five touchdowns on 38 carries in the Chiefs 45-22 win over Freedom in the Division 4 State Semifinals on Friday night. 

Brady Kelliher, Arrowhead football, threw for 427 yards and three touchdowns while completing 24 of 35 passes in the Warhawks 43-20 victory over Hudson in the Division 1 State Semifinals on Saturday. Kelliher also rushed for 44 yards on 11 carries.
