Division 1

Germantown remains the unanimous #1 team in Division 1 as the Warhawks are now 4-0 on the season, including a 3-0 record in the North Shore Conference. Much of the D1 poll remains unchanged, although Sussex Hamilton did narrowly slide ahead of Madison Memorial for the #6 spot. Speaking of the 7th-ranked Spartans of Memorial, they take on 4th-ranked Sun Prairie on Thursday for an early leg up in the Big Eight Conference. Appleton East dropped both games after moving into the rankings last week and is now out of the poll, replaced by another FVA team -- Neenah.

Division 2

Onalaska is once again the #1 team in Division 2, as the Hilltoppers went 2-0 in games last week. As it was the first two weeks this year and much of last season, Rice Lake is right behind them in the 2nd spot. After beating a solid Eden Prairie (MN) team over the weekend, one Minnesota hoops observer opined that the Warriors of Rice Lake may be better than any team in Minnesota. After losses by ranked teams New Berlin Eisenhower, Whitefish Bay, and Catholic Memorial last week, new teams into the rankings this week are Waupun, La Crosse Central, and Rhinelander.

Division 3

Little Chute is still unbeaten and atop the D3 poll but they have struggled a bit the last two games. After falling behind rival Xavier 17-6 on Saturday, the Mustangs came on strong for a win, then had to rally in the fourth quarter on Monday to beat a middle of the pack Clintonville squad. In the deepest division in the state, there are plenty of deserving teams that could ascend to #1 should Little Chute falter. East Troy, Wisconsin Dells, Lodi, and G-E-T round out this week's top five while unbeatens Lake Mills and Wrightstown are new to the rankings this week.

Division 4

Dominican did not play a game during Week 3 but remains on top of the D4 rankings. There are no other changes in the top five as Brookfield Academy, Southwestern, Cuba City, and Auburndale again occupy spots 2 through 4. Fall Creek is the only new team in this week's poll as the Crickets replace a Colfax team that was upset by Regis over the weekend.

Division 5

Division 5 has the most amount of teams of any division in the state, and it is therefore not surprising that it has the most remaining unbeaten teams. In fact, nine of the top ten teams this week are undefeated, with 2-1 Milwaukee Academy of Science, ranked 8th, the only team with a loss. Randolph tops the poll once again with Green Bay NEW Lutheran, Royall, Suring, and Drummond close behind in the top five.
