Madison West's Alex Brown has been selected as the top senior Outfielder as part of the WSN Senior Baseball Awards.
A talented mult-sport athlete, Brown helped the Regents to a third place finish in the highly competitive Big Eight Conference as the team finished 12-6 in league play.
Brown was recently named to the First Team All-Conference list for a second straight season, and this year added conference Player of the Year honors to his name.
A well-rounded athlete, Brown put together a well-rounded senior season. He hit .429 on the year with 8 extra base hits, 16 RBI, 16 steals, 20 runs, and 21 walks.
Finalists for the award were Brown, Alex Call of River Falls, Zeke Emerick of Jefferson, Carson Weber of Watertown, and Eric Weisbrod of Racine St. Catherine's.
