Division 1

Not only has Germantown set a new state record for consecutive wins with 67 and going strong, they further established themselves as head and shoulders above their challengers. At the Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout, the Warhawks handled Milwaukee Vincent, then dominated 5th-ranked Oshkosh north 81-55. Brookfield Central and Neenah are 2 and 3 once again, with Milwaukee Riverside and Oshkosh North rounding out the top five.

Division 2

With Seymour going down to Shawano in an upset just before Christmas, another Bay Conference team ascended to the top spot. West De Pere has been strong all season, and are easily the top choice in the D2 coaches poll. Ashwaubenon was unranked in the last poll, but with so many other D2 teams faltering, the Jaguars shot all the way up to #2. Rice Lake beat D4 #1 Dominican at the WBY Shootout but fell to D1 #3 Neenah. They still moved up from #6 to #3, followed by unbeaten Mount Horeb and former #1 Seymour.

Division 3

Lodi remains the unanimous #1 team in Division 3, followed again by Marshall and Roncalli. Unbeatens Edgerton and Laconia round out the top five. Former #4 Waupun suffered three losses in the last few weeks and drops all the way out of the rankings. West Salem moves into the poll this week along with undefeated Capitol-North teams Lakeside Lutheran and Columbus. The Capitol-North also includes Lodi, and the six teams in the league have a combined 35-6 record so far this year.

Division 4

When Dominican suffered a loss earlier this year to Germantown, there was little doubt if they'd retain the top spot in the rankings. With losses to Orr (ILL) and Rice Lake since the last poll, would the three-loss Knights retain the top spot? It was close, with Dominican only receiving about half the first place votes, but they did hold on to the top spot once again. Undefeated Mineral Point moves up to #2, followed by Racine St. Catherine's. And oh yeah, St. Cat's and Dominican face off next Tuesday night. Several ranked teams went down as well, including Auburndale who dropped from #2 to #4. Amherst, Abbotsford, and Fall Creek all move into the rankings this week.

Division 5

The top two in the coaches poll once again goes Green Bay NEW Lutheran and Cassville, with some changes after that. Central Wisconsin Christian moves up from #5 to #3, while 4th-ranked Catholic Central was outside the top ten in the last poll. Sheboygan Lutheran and Black Hawk each suffered losses and moved outside the top five at #5 and #6 respectively. Other new teams to this week's rankings include Williams Bay and La Farge.
