FOOTBALL
Offense
Matthew Knapp, Sophomore (Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial), Wide Receiver of UW-Eau Claire
In a 20-17 victory over UW-Stout on Nov. 1, Knapp scored two touchdowns, while leading the Blugolds in receiving with 125 yards on 11 catches.  His first touchdown came with 6:56 left in the opening quarter on a 23-yard pass, while his second touchdown came on a nine-yard pass with 39 seconds remaining in the first half.

Defense
Zack Loos, Junior (Sun Prairie, Wis.), Linebacker of UW-River Falls
Loos played a key role for the Falcons in the team’s 16-13 overtime win over UW-La Crosse at Ramer Field on Nov. 1.  He led the Falcons with nine solo tackles and contributed one sack.  Loos also blocked UW-La Crosse’s 33-yard field goal attempt in overtime that sealed the Falcon victory.

Special Teams
Ryan Kusilek, Junior (River Falls, Wis.), Quarterback/Kicker of UW-River Falls
Kusilek had several big special teams plays for the Falcons in the team’s 16-13 overtime win over UW-La Crosse at Ramer Field on Nov. 1.  He finished 3-3 kicking field goals of 23, 31 and 38-yards.  The 31-yard field goal came with 3:47 to play and tied the game, 13-13.  Kusilek then kicked a 38-yard field goal in overtime and that proved to be the difference in the contest.  He also made one extra point and had two touchbacks on his four kickoffs.
