Clara Chambers, Mineral Point - Platteville had been undefeated and on a roll heading into a non-conference showdown against Mineral Point last Monday, but the momentum came to a screeching halt in a 75-59 Pointers victory. Chambers poured in a game-high 25 points for D4 6th-ranked Mineral Point.

Trevell Cunningham, Arrowhead - The Warhawks have faced a difficult early schedule without star senior Bryce Nze, making a non-league game against 2nd-ranked Germantown all the more challenging. However, four players hit double figures as Arrowhead took down Germantown 87-79 last Tuesday. Cunningham led the way with 24 points, adding 10 assists and 7 rebounds.

Brooke Harris, Bay Port - The Pirates continued their difficult early-season schedule with a non-conference tilt against previously undefeated Marshfield last Tuesday. In a nip-and-tuck affair, Harris posted 17 points and 10 rebounds to help Bay Port to a 44-41 victory. They are ranked #3 in the WisSports.net Division 1 Coaches Poll currently.

Stephen Kraninger, New Berlin Eisenhower - The Lions face plenty of challenges within their own league, and last Tuesday tested themselves further with a non-conference game at previously unbeaten Muskego. Kraninger led a balanced scoring effort with 22 points as Ike topped Muskego 78-66. He finished 8 of 9 from the free throw line to help close out the victory.

Derek Paulson, Lodi - Lodi and Marshall have ruled their respective divisions of the Capitol Conference for several years, and last Monday put North versus South bragging rights on the line. The game was tied at halftime before Lodi took a double-digit advantage. Marshall rallied late and tied things up at 50 at one point late in the game, but the Blue Devils closed things out for a 54-50 victory. Paulson finished with a game-high 28 points as Lodi moves to 5-1 on the season.
