Division 1
Appleton North and Milwaukee King each ended the regular season with undefeated record and finish as the top two teams in the final WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. Germantown, De Pere, and Arrowhead round out the top five.
Division 2
Beaver Dam ends the regular season where they started, ranked No. 1 in WisSports.net Coaches Poll. The Golden Beavers are the only undefeated Division 2 school heading into the postseason. Stoughton, Pewaukee, West De Pere, and New Berlin West end the regular season in the top five.
Division 3
Whitewater is ranked No. 1 in the final WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season; the Whippets enter the playoffs with a 21-game winning streak. Madison Edgewood, Martin Luther, Valders, and Freedom round out the top five. Platteville checks in at No. 9 in the final coaches poll.
Division 4
Undefeated Aquinas is the top-ranked team in Division 4, a spot they have held the entire season. Lourdes Academy, undefeated Melrose-Mindro, Wisconsin Heights, and Lacoina round out the top five in the final coaches poll of the season. Durand is a newcomer to the coaches poll and check in at No. 10.
Division 5
Clayton and Black Hawk each ended the regular season with undefeated records and finish as the top two team in the D5 WisSports.net Coaches Poll. Rounding out the top five are Flambeau, Bangor, and Shullsburg. Milwaukee Academy joined the coaches poll this week at No. 10.
