Please note, divisional placement in our poll is based on our Enrollment Projections done earlier this year. Divisional placement in the WIAA playoffs is not determined until after the season and these projections can and will be different than the divisions at the end of the year.

Muskego has played arguably the toughest schedule in the state to this point, but the Warriors keep fending off all challengers and are a strong number one team in the rankings. Kimberly's instant classic victory over Fond du Lac keeps the Papermakers at number two, though they did gain some ground on Muskego. Meanwhile, Fond du Lac dropped just one spot to fourth this week, behind Bay Port. A big congratulations has to go out to Appleton East and head coach Mark Krommenacker, who has the Patriots unbeaten and now the ninth-ranked team in Division 1 as the team searches for its first playoff appearance since 2014. 

Waunakee keeps the top spot in the poll once again, with defending champion Homestead hot on their heels. The top five remains the same, with Brookfield East, West De Pere, and Brookfield Central rounding out the group. Waukesha West was the only team to fall last week, as the Wolverines' loss to defending D1 champ Muskego knocked the team from sixth to eighth. Menomonee Falls just snuck into the rankings, tying with Hartford for the tenth position, after the Indians knocked off Marquette to remain unbeaten. Some very good teams still can't quite crack the top ten, including unbeatens Kaukauna, Ashwaubenon, Milton, Whitefish Bay, Burlington, and Hortonville.

Catholic Memorial is once again a unanimous number one team in Division 3, with New Berlin Eisenhower receiving almost all of the number two votes. While there has been stability in the top two spots, it has been a bit of a free-for-all elsewhere in the rankings once again. Grafton gave Homestead all it could handle, but the Black Hawks came up short in a 42-35 Homestead victory. The coaches recognized the ability of Grafton, as the team dropped just one spot to fifth this week. Onalaska had been in the top five but a one-point loss to Lake Mills caused the Hilltoppers to tumble to ninth. Greendale's second loss of the year came against New Berlin Eisenhower, but the Panthers managed to hang in the rankings at the ten spot.

It was a week of stability in the Division 4 Coaches Poll, as all ranked teams claimed victory last week. Defending state champion Racine St. Catherine's remains a strong favorite in the voting, with Wrightstown close behind. Freedom nudged just ahead of Northwestern for the eight spot this week.

Stratford continues to dominate the Division 5 WisSports.net Coaches Poll, with only a slight change in the top seven, as Lancaster narrowly slides ahead of Cedar Grove-Belgium for the number three spot. New Holstein and Stanley-Boyd lost last week, allowing Mondovi and Lomira to enter the rankings.

The top five was very stable this week, with Regis continuing to lead the way, followed by Racine Lutheran, Mineral Point, Abbotsford, and Spring Valley. There were a host of changes in the next five, however. Benton/Scales Mound/Shullsburg made a big jump from ninth to sixth, while Darlington's loss to Lancaster dropped the Redbirds from sixth to seventh. New teams this week include Kenosha St. Joseph and Manawa.

It was a jumble atop the Division 7 rankings this week, as Bangor, Edgar, and Black Hawk/Warren (IL) all received multiple number one votes, but ultimately settled into the same order as last week. Potosi/Cassville's loss at the hands of Black Hawk/Warren (IL) caused the Chieftains to fall two spots to sixth. Johnson Creek and Greenwood are new teams in this week's rankings, replacing Clear Lake and Gilman.

The top three remains unchanged in 8-Player Football, led by top ranked Luck. With a couple top ten matchups last week, there were some changes elsewhere in the rankings. Northwood/Solon Springs' tough loss to Siren dropped the team from fourth to sixth this week. Algoma fell out of the rankings after losing to Newman Catholic, with Bruce and Oakfield new teams in this week's poll.
