Abbotsford's spot atop the Cloverwood Conference was very much in jeopardy when Greenwood grabbed a 22-14 lead late in the third quarter Friday night. The Falcons responded in a big way, scoring right away in the fourth quarter, adding a two-point conversion run to tie it up. The Falcons took the lead for good when Dalton Feddick went in from 44 yards out with 4:56 left in the game for a 28-22 victory. Feddick led a powerful rushing attack with 20 carries for 200 yards and two touchdowns, as the team did not attempt a pass in the game.

Monroe put an end to Milton's unbeaten season and stranglehold on the Badger-South Conference, strengthening their own postseason chances with a 34-28 win on Friday. The Cheesemakers jumped out early, leading 27-6 at halftime. It was all about hanging on from there, as Milton scored 22 points in the second half to get back into the game, but ultimately Monroe would hang on. Trevor Rodebaugh (116 yards, 1 TD) and Nick Bansley (105, 2 TD) both went over the century mark on the ground, while Max Golembiewski threw for a pair of touchdowns to help off-set for a couple interceptions he threw. Meanwhile, the Monroe defense picked off Milton three times and kept the Red Hawks' offense generally in check.

Mosinee remained in the hunt for a Great Northern Conference title with a comeback victory over Rhinelander last Friday night. Rhinelander took control in the first half, getting out to a 20-7 halftime lead thanks to a touchdown with less than ten seconds left in the half. Mosinee answered in the second half, when Trey Fitzgerland found Cyle Kowalski for a 23-yard touchdown. The Indians took the lead for good when Fitzgerland hit Kowalski again, and the extra point provided the necessary margin for victory in a 21-20 final. Mosinee's running game was held in check and the team threw a pair of interceptions, but they made the big plays when it mattered most.

It has been a while for Sheboygan North to taste victory. In fact, coming into Week 7 of this year, the Golden Raiders had not won a game since October of 2016. The 25-game losing streak came to an end in a 13-7 win over crosstown rival Sheboygan South, which also likely ended South's hopes at a playoff appearance. It wasn't easy, and neither offense was able to do much, but the score was tied at seven at halftime. North's Isaiah Love-Beringer would score on an 8-yard touchdown run in the third quarter to provide the final margin of victory. Willie Robinson III finished with 111 yards and a touchdown on 12 rushing attempts.

Wilmot was in quite a battle with previously undefeated Burlington Friday night, as the teams traded scores the whole way, with neither leading by more than a single touchdown. After Wilmot went up 28-21 on the first play of the fourth quarter, Burlington scored two touchdowns in a span of three minutes, though the Demons would miss the second extra point. Trailing 34-28 late in the game, Wilmot quarterback Zack Watson found Joseph Tanski from three yards out with just 18 seconds remaining. Wilmot would make the extra point to secure a 35-34 victory. Watson threw three touchdowns, adding 163 yards and a score on the ground.
