Division 1

The poll remains heavy on Big Eight and Greater Metro teams. Big Eight leader Madison La Follette is unbeaten overall and on top of the rankings. Greater Metro teams Brookfield Central and Sussex Hamilton are close behind in spots two and three. At the bottom of the rankings, Madison East replaces fellow Big Eight team Madison Memorial in the number ten spot.

Division 2

Onalaska is the heavy favorite atop the Division 2 rankings. Despite suffering a fourth loss on the season, three of them to out-of-state opponents, including the most recent against nationally ranked Minnehaha Academy (MN), La Crosse Central remains in the number two position. Wisconsin Lutheran and West De Pere drop out following losses, allowing Milwaukee Lutheran and Ashwaubenon to move in to the bottom of this week's poll.

Division 3

Racine St. Catherine's is a unanimous number one pick again this week, as the Angels are a perfect 16-0. East Troy remains second, followed once again by Wrightstown, Oostburg, and Dominican in the top five. Losses by Lake Country Lutheran and Martin Luther cause those teams to drop out this week, with Turner and Freedom entering.

Division 4

Cuba City remains the overwhelming favorite in the Division 4 vote, but Stratford did manage to snag a couple first place votes this week, though the Tigers do come in second once again. The top five is unchanged, but former sixth-ranked Brookfield Academy and seventh-ranked Fennimore each suffered losses in the last week, dropping to tenth and ninth respectively.

Division 5

Sheboygan Lutheran remains the unanimous number one team in the WisSports.net Division 5 Boys Basketball Coaches Poll. The top five is unchanged, also featuring Bangor, Randolph, Monticello, and Almond-Bancroft. Blair-Taylor jumps up a couple spots to sixth this week, with McDonell Central sliding one to seventh. Hustisford drops out completely, with River Ridge entering in the number ten position.
