Ashwaubenon has struggled the last couple weeks after losing multi-year starting quarterback Cadian Vang to a season-ending injury. The team didn't need to throw it much on Friday, however, as senior running back Connor Ramage carried the load in a 40-29 win over Oshkosh North. Ramage racked up 364 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries, as he easily eclipsed his previous career-high of 177 yards set just two weeks ago.

For a second straight week, Evansville's Tyr Severson led the state in passing yards, as the Blue Devils pulled away from East Troy in a 34-17 victory. The reigning WSN Player of the Week, Severson completed 11-of-19 passes for 294 yards and a touchdown in the win. He currently leads the spring season in total passing yards with 973.

The football was flying all over the field on Friday as Columbus beat Big Foot 42-12, with both teams putting up big numbers through the air. The state's top two receiving performances in yardage came in the came, including Columbus senior Trace Kirchberg's 176 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches. Also, Big Foot's Alex Schmitz hauled in five passes for 169 yards and a score. Also of note, Edgerton's Konner Knauf caught 13 passes for 138 yards and a score in a close win over Clinton.
