Level 3 Prep Props: State's Top Performances

Prep Props - Level 3

Prep Props is our weekly look at the best individual statistical performances in the state, with the leaders in rushing yards, passing yards, and receiving yards. Prep Props is published every Monday morning, and for players to be included, coaches must enter game stats by 8 am on Monday.

Coaches, if you do not have access or need assistance entering stats info, please contact us ASAP. Players, parents, and fans, if you do not see your favorite player's stats here, please encourage your team's coach to enter stats info on WSN by the weekly deadline.

Level 3 Rushing Leaders

Columbus wasn't even sure who they would play until Friday afternoon due to the Edgewood lawsuit, but when it turned out to be Kewaskum, the Cardinals were more than ready, racing out to a 34-0 halftime lead in a 44-7 Level 3 victory. Columbus had 434 yards on the ground, with 249 of those by sophomore running back Colton Brunell, who had three touchdowns on just ten carries. He also caught a 27-yard pass in the dominating performance.

Level 3 Passing Leaders

Wisconsin Badgers recruit Myles Burkett continued his amazing season, completing 16-of-19 passes for 353 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a 35-7 win over Bay Port that saw him post a perfect 158.3 passer rating. Burkett retook the lead in passing yards for the season with 2,795, as he's up to 31 touchdowns on the year.

Level 3 Receiving Leaders

Franklin was a 35-7 winner over Bay Port on Friday night, as the passing game put up big numbers. Senior wideout Keaton Arendt hauled in six passes for 164 yards, with three touchdowns, as all three scores came in the first half.
