Boys Basketball Rebounding Leaders for the 2021-22 Season

The 2021-22 boys basketball season has come to an end, and it's time to review some of the year's top performers. 

You can check out the Scoring Leaders, but now it is time to take a look at the rebounding leaders this year.

Milwaukee Juneau senior Silas Harris-Coleman was the top rebounder this season, both overall and in Division 4, averaging 17.2 per game. He recorded at least 10 rebounds in every game, including five games of at least 22 rebounds. He opsted a season-high 29 boards, 10 offensive and 19 on defense, in a 79-77 win over Milwaukee School for the Arts back in late January.

The top rebounder in Division 1 was Max Nelson, who averaged 11.6 per contest. A 6'8" forward, Nelson has committed to Division 1 Valparaiso.

Division 2's top rebounder was New Berlin West senior Noah Daniels. The 6'4" guard pulled down 13.7 boards per game for the Vikings, with a season-high 29 against crosstown rival New Berlin Eisenhower in January.

Milwaukee North sophomore John Adams was tops in Division 3 with an average of 16.9 rebounds per contest. He had at least 30 rebounds twice, including a season-high 31 rebounds in a February game against Milwaukee Hamilton when he also had 32 points.

Justin VanDyken of Coulee Christian led Division 5 in rebounding this season by a good margin, averaging 14.3 per game. The 6'4" sophomore had 26 rebounds, including 15 on the offensive end, in a January win over Cornerstone Christian Academy.

Below are the rebounding leaders for the 2021-22 season, with the top 25 overall plus the top 10 for each division. Players who did not have complete information entered by their coach were not included.
