The Second Annual WSN Gridiron Showcase was held over the weekend, and full results are now available. The Gridiron Showcase was split into three sessions, though all athletes were tested on the same events. Following testing, each group was put through position-specific drills by college coaches. All events were held at the indoor facility at Plymouth High School. A total of 70 athletes competed in the Showcase.
Full results of the event are below, and a separate article with top performers from the drills sessions as well as analysis from WSN Football Writer Travis Wilson will be posted later.
The WSN Gridiron Showcase was conducted by high school football coaches. Special thank you to WSN Events Director Colton Wilson, Showcase Director Tony Biolo, the many high school coaches who worked the event, Plymouth High School, the college coaches in attendance, and especially coaches from UW-Platteville, Ripon, & UW-Stevens Point who led drills.
There were some blistering times posted in the 40-yard dash on Friday, which was done via laser timing at the finish with manual start. A 10-yard split was also measured and is included in the full results table below.

The short shuttle or pro agility is another outstanding change-of-direction test, with athletes starting from a stop, running five yards in one direction, ten yards the other direction, and five yards back to the center. College coaches lined up around the testing locations all day, as it is one of the most beneficial events for seeing how players move, bend, and control their bodies.
In the Shuttle event, the top time went to none other than Wausau West 2024 running back Ray Reineck with a mark of 4.11 seconds. Next up was Homestead 2025 defensive back Sean OByrne at 4.19 seconds, followed by Columbus 2025 running back Conner Roche and Kaukauna 2024 receiver Danny poor II with times of 4.22 seconds.
