Lodi posted one of the most impressive victories of the season, defeating defending Division 4 state champion and D5 top-ranked Columbus 28-0 on Friday night. Lodi's defense held Columbus' high-powered attack to just 151 yards of offense in the shutout. Mason Lane threw for 207 yards and two touchdowns with 69 rushing yards as well in the victory for the D4 second-ranked Blue Devils, who take control of the Capitol Conference.

Cumberland led the Heart O'North heading into Week 7, but Northwestern posted an impressive 54-0 running clock shutout to force a three-way tie atop the HON down the stretch. The defense dominated, holding the Beavers to negative-27 yards rushing and just four total yards of offense. Northwestern put up 499 yards of offense itself, including 304 on the ground and 195 passing yards with three touchdowns from quarterback Ethan Harms.

Regis stayed in a crowded Cloverbelt race that features three teams tied for the lead heading into the final couple weeks, defeating Stanley-Boyd 38-24. It was a nice bounceback for the Ramblers, who lost to Mondovi in Week 6. Regis was able to get its ground game going to the tune of 360 rushing yards, helping complete a comeback after trailing to open the third quarter. Owen Weisenberger had just two carries on the day, but his two short touchdowns in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference. Chase Kostka led the Ramblers with 148 yards. 

Three teams entered Week 7 unbeaten in CWC-Large conference play, but only Stratford remains undefeated after a 34-21 win over Wittenberg-Birnamwood. In handing the Chargers their first loss of the year, Stratford got a big game from senior running back Koehler Kilty, who went for 148 yards and four touchdowns (plus 15 tackles on defense). Quarterback Jack Tubbs added 177 yards of offense for the Tigers.

Waterford handed Westosha Central its first conference loss and in the process kept its Southern Lakes title hopes alive in a 10-6 defensive struggle Friday night. Waterford did not lead in the game until the final couple minutes, when Carson Bilitz went in from six yards out to put the Wolverines up with just 2:22 left. Bilitz finished with 111 rushing yards on 15 carries. Waterford was out-gained 282-174, but found ways to get stops when they needed to, keeping themselves in the game.
