Karter Butt did a little bit of everything to lead Edgar to a 52-26 win over previously undefeated Boyceville in a Level 3, Division 7 contest. Butt ran for 317 yards and six touchdowns on 37 carries for the Wildcats, adding an 18-yard touchdown pass as well. Butt tied for a team-high six tackles also.

Notre Dame rallied from a fourth quarter deficit, scoring with under a minute remaining to hand Mount Horeb/Barnevled its first loss of the season, 26-21. Appropriately, it was Christian Collins that scored the game-winning touchdown, part of a 261-yard, three-touchdown performance on 36 carries. Collins is up to 2,336 rushing yards in his junior season.

Grantsburg continued its dominating postseason run with a 61-20 victory over Cameron to advance to the state semi-finals for the fourth time in the last decade. Trenton Johnson was the primary offensive weapon for the Pirates, rushing for 198 yards and four touchdowns on 16 carries. He also completed a pair of passes for 27 yards, caught an 18-yard pass, returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown, and recorded a sack on defense.

Franklin remained unbeaten after a 35-7 road win at Muskego on Friday, finally taking down their postseason nemesis. Terrance Shelton carried the bulk of the load for the Sabers, going for 194 yards and a touchdown on 33 carries. On an 18-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, Shelton broke several tackles and rumbled into the end zone for an insurance score.

Stoughton's Cinderella run continues as the Vikings rallied from a fourth-quarter deficit to take down defending Division 3 state champion Monroe 23-16 on Friday night. Stoughton junior quarterback Drew Viney threw three touchdowns in the second half, including two in the fourth quarter to rally his team to a win. He finished 20-of-36 in the game with 275 yards and those three scores. It is the deepest postseason run for Stoughton in school history.
