Thomson and the Lena girls basketball team is now 20-0 after two wins last week, one of just six undefeated teams in the state. Thomson is a big reason why. Thomson then had 17 points, seven rebounds, two steals, and two assists in a 59-24 victory over Gillett. The Wildcats 20 game win streak is tied for the longest in the state with regards to active streaks.
Lena suffered its first loss of the season this past Monday 56-54 to Crandon despite 12 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists from Thomson.
