The 2024 WBCA Division 3 All-State Team is headlined by three-time first-team selection Kayl Petersen of Waupun. 

Three others were repeat selections: Lydia Aalsma of Waupun, Samantha Davis of Aquinas, and Keona McGee of Dominican. 

Petersen led Waupun to a sectional final and a 24-4 overall record. The 6-1 wing/forward averaged 17.7 points, 12.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 2.0 steals, and 2.3 blocks per game for the Warriors. Petersen, who was a finalist for Ms. Basketball, finished her career with 1,903 points, 1,116 rebounds, 324 assists, and 240 blocks. The Marquette helped Waupun to a 90-19 record with two state tournament appearances, including winning the 2022 D3 state championship. 

Aalsma helped Waupun (24-4) reach a sectional final. The 5-10 guard tallied 13.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game for coach and father Tim Aalsma and the Warriors. Lydia also connected on 44 three-pointers. The NCAA Division I St. Thomas (Minnesota) recruit has compiled 967 points and helped the Warriors to a 72-15 record in her three seasons, which includes helping them take home the gold ball in 2022 and advancing to state in 2023. 

Davis, a Division 4 first-team selection last season, led Aquinas to sectionals and a 23-4 overall record. The 5-10 wing averaged 21.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 3.6 steals per contest for coach Dave Donarski and the Blugolds. Davis, who holds Division I offers, has 1,060 points through her first two seasons, helping Aquinas to a 51-6 record and a D4 state runner-up finish in 2023. 

McGee led Dominican to sectional play and a 20-7 overall record. The 5-8 point guard averaged 15.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 3.2 steals per game for coach Kevin Schramka and the Knights. McGee finished her career with 1,507 points, 446 rebounds, 335 assists, and 384 steals, helping Dominican to a 74-28 record with a trip to state in 2022. 

Ameerah Grant led Brown Deer to a 16-9 record. The 5-4 guard tallied, 29 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 5.1 steals per contest for coach Donald Nelson and the Falcons. Ameerah also connected on 47 three-pointers. Grant, who holds Division I offers, has compiled 1,792 points, 452 rebounds, 208 assists, and 268 steals through her junior season. 

Ady Ketterhagen helped lead Oostburg to a regional final and a 23-3 overall record. The 5-9 guard tallied 21.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 4.1 steals per game for coach and father Isaiah Ketterhagen and the Lady Dutch. Ady also made 46 three-pointers. Ketterhagen, who holds Division I offers, has 1,021 points, 389 rebounds, 206 assists, and 213 steals through her first two seasons. 

Makenzie Luehring led Kettle Moraine Lutheran to a state tournament appearance and a 24-5 overall record. The 5-6 point guard averaged 18.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 5.4 steals per contest for coach Jason Walz and the Chargers. Makenzie also connected on 34 triples. Through her junior season, she has compiled 1,289 points, 342 rebounds, 245 assists, and 345 steals while helping lead the Chargers to a 56-25 record and their first trip to state since 2015. 

Anna Miller helped lead Edgewood to the Division 3 state championship and a 27-3 overall record. The 5-8 guard averaged 13.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.0 steals per contest for WBCA Hall of Fame coach Lora Staveness and the Crusaders. Miller also shot 43-for-89 from 3-point land. 

Erin Schauer helped lead Edgewood (27-3) to the D3 state title. The 5-9 tallied 10.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 2.2 steals per contest for coach Staveness and the Crusaders. Erin also connected on 29 three-pointers. Schauer has helped Edgewood to a 41-15 record over the last two seasons and its first trip to state since 2017 when the Crusaders won their first gold ball. 

Carsyn Stempa helped Xavier finish as the Division 3 state runner-up, ending the year with a 22-8 overall record. The 5-7 guard averaged 12.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 3.7 steals per contest for coach Andy Vande Hey and the Hawks. Carsyn also made 39 three-pointers. She finishes her career with 1,011 points, 434 rebounds, 291 assists, and 404 steals, helping Xavier to its first trip to state since 2016. 

Jenna Welsch led Catholic Memorial to a sectional final and a 24-4 overall record. The 5-10 forward tallied 17 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 3.1 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game for coach Jack Hervert and the Crusaders. Through her first three seasons, Welsch has 971 points and 556 rebounds.
