Favorite Sport: "For me, my favorite sport depends on what season it is. I love all of the three sports that I play, and I love the different experiences each of them provides."

Best Part of High School Sports: "The best part of high school sports for me is the brotherhood you form with your teammates, and the memories that you create with them that last forever."

Best Advice From a High School Coach: "The best advice I’ve been given from a high school coach was from Coach Jacboson, my basketball coach. It’s an acronym he writes up on the white
board next to the scouting report every single game. GIYBALWI. It stands for Give It Your Best And Live With It. It helped me realize that if I gave my best towards whatever I was doing, then
I could be proud and have no regrets no matter the result. This not only applies to sports, but to life, which is why I believe it is so powerful."

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "My most memorable moment in high school sports is catching the pop-up for the final out to win the regional final against Stratford my freshman year. Stratford was ranked in the top 5 in our division that year, they beat us twice during the regular season, and they had multiple future college players. Brock Warren pitched an amazing game, only allowing one hit, and we ended up winning 10-0. This sparked our magical playoff underdog run as we beat two more highly ranked teams in Aquinas and Markesan, punching our ticket into the WIAA State Tournament. I’ll probably be able to vividly remember that moment for the rest of my life."

Which Person or Persons Have Served as Positive Role Models: "My biggest role models have been my coaches in all of my sports, as well as Jake Sweno and Jaden Koeller. My coaches, Coach Winkler, Coach Jacobson, and Coach Warren, have all played tremendous roles in developing me into the man I am today. The lessons that they have taught me will be vital as I move forward into the next stage of my life, and they don’t know just how much I appreciate everything they’ve done for me. Neither do Jake Sweno and Jaden Koeller. When I was a timid freshman, these two took me under their wing and gave me the confidence to become the player I am now. I try my best to be the leader that these two men were, and to hopefully have a similar impact on my younger teammates. I will be forever grateful
for the memories of going out to dinner after games, feeling on top of the world because I was hanging out with the upperclassmen."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "The best part about playing three sports is that each sport is different in its own way. Sometimes after playing one sport for a really long time, the next one is refreshing because it’s something different. The groups of teammates are different in each sport as well, and forming a brotherhood with each of those different groups lets you make a lot of friends.."

Most Difficult Part of Playing Three Sports: "The toughest part of playing three sports is how extremely busy my schedule is. Off seasons are extremely short, if I have one at all. Sometimes it’s tough (especially this year) to leave the previous sport behind and move on to the next, especially when there is no time off in between."

Favorite Opponent: "My favorite opponent is Auburndale, because they always seem to be good no matter the sport, and I like playing against better teams. They also have a lot of multi-sport athletes, so it’s fun playing against those guys in every season."

Toughest Individual You've Competed Against: "The toughest individual I’ve competed against was Mason Prey of Newman Catholic. He is the best basketball player I’ve ever played against, and when he was at his best he was practically unguardable."

Favorite Professional Teams: "My favorite professional teams are the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Milwaukee Brewers, because I’m a homer."

Favorite Professional Athlete: "My favorite professional athlete is Giannis Antetokounmpo because of his humility, which is very rare among professional athletes, as well as his work ethic. He transformed himself through hard work to become the player that he is now, and I greatly admire that."

Favorite College Team: "My favorite college teams are Wisconsin and Marquette because as I said, I'm a homer."

Cumulative GPA: 3.7

Most Admired High School Teammate: "The high school teammate who I most admire is Brock Warren. He was also a multi-sport athlete, and his work ethic was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. He probably would’ve taken batting practice until his hands bled if our coach didn’t step in and tell him to take a break. Brock wanted to put in as much work as he could to become the best player he could, and it worked, as he was the best baseball player I’ve ever played with. He was not extremely vocal, yet he was a very effective leader, as he set an example of how to work hard for everyone else. Seeing his extremely hard work transfer to his play on the field motivated me to work hard as well, knowing that it would pay off in the end."

College Plans: "I will be attending UW-Eau Claire in the Fall of 2024 as a Business Major."

Activities Outside of Sports: "I am the treasurer of Marathon’s FBLA as well as a member of Eco Club. I am also a member of the National Honors Society. In my free time I like to hunt, fish, spend time with friends and family, and play video games. I also volunteer at youth football and basketball camps in Marathon."

Favorite TV Shows: "My favorite TV show is Phineas and Ferb because it was my favorite growing up, and I don’t really watch a lot of TV shows now."

Favorite Movie: "I really like all of Marvel’s Avengers movies, but my favorite has to be Avengers, Infinity War."

Favorite Musical Artists: "Artists: My favorite musical artists are Drake, Lil Baby, Future, 21 Savage, J.Cole, Gunna, Travis Scott, and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie."

Favorite Subject: Physical Education

Favorite Restaurant: Polito's

Favorite Website: "My favorite website is ESPN Fantasy because I love competing against my friends in fantasy football."

Other Family Members: Kevin, father; Jen, mother; Katelyn, older sister. "These three have had enormous impacts on my life and who I am today, especially my dad. I wouldn’t be half the man I am today without my dad. He taught me the importance of hard work and a good attitude since I was very young. He coached me in baseball and basketball until I went to high school, and always made sure I was putting in extra work because he wanted me to be the best I could be. Every award and honor I have received I owe to him, because without
him none of it would have been possible. My biggest motivation over the years has been to make him proud, and It’s kept me going through the ups and downs of my career."
