Green Bay West sophomore Adriana Moyano has been selected as the rSchoolToday Athlete of the Week for the week of May 6-12 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 4,583 total votes this week. Moyano topped all vote getters with 1,573 votes. Kenosha Indian Trail's Alexander Bailey came in second with 1,013.

Moyano was a triple winner at the Bay Conference Championships this past weekend for the Green Bay West girls track and field team. She took home a first place finish in the pole vault, winning with a 10-9 vault. The sophomore also won a conference title in both the long jump and triple jump events. In the long jump, Moyano won with a final jump of 16-10.50. She won the triple jump with a distance of 35-04.50. Moyano also ran on the 4x400 meter relay team that finished fourth. Overall, Moyano accounted for 35 of the 66 points scored by the Green Bay West girls track and field team.
