Favorite Sport (and why): "My favorite sport is basketball because of the life lessons and family I have made through participating in this sport. Basketball has taught me the virtue of working as a team and how to overcome obstacles that might get in the way. Basketball shaped me into a leader and gave me many connections I wouldn’t usually have. I got to meet and work with youth players at a summer camp and chat with the supporters who come to each game. I am so grateful that basketball has shown me how a community can turn into a family."

Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "To me, the best part of high school sports is definitely being able to experience and find out what your passion is. I also think three sports are so fun because you get to play with new teammates and learn from a different coach!

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "I will always remember when I was young and my basketball coach (dad) said 'Go out on that floor and have fun. If you aren’t having fun then why go out on that floor?'"

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "The most memorable moment that I experienced in high school athletics was this year in basketball. We played Cameron in a WIAA Regional Final and the atmosphere was immaculate. Looking into the stands and seeing all those supporters was truly amazing. The game was very intense and we ended up pulling out an OT win against a very good team!"

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "The best part about playing three sports is having an escape from life. School is stressful, family life can be stressful, and relationships are stressful. But, when you step on that field or court, everything goes away for a short time. I always enjoyed getting out of school and going to my happy place on the court and field!"

Most Difficult Part of Playing Three Sports: "The most difficult part of playing three sports would have to be prioritizing and balance. Balancing academics and athletics can be challenging, especially when having many late nights after games."

Favorite Opponent (and why): "My favorite team to play would be the Athens Bluejays! They are a great opponent who always challenges our team to play at our highest level."

Favorite Professional Team: "My favorite professional team is the Milwaukee Bucks. I enjoy watching players like Giannis and Damian Lillard and learning from how they play as individuals while working on a team."

Favorite Professional Athlete: "As a lot of people would say now, my favorite professional athlete is Caitlin Clark. She took women's athletics and completely shaped it into something amazing. I never thought I would hear a little boy in the gym chuck a long shot and yell 'Caitlin Clark'. It’s inspirational what she accomplished by setting goals."

Favorite College Team: "My favorite college team would be the Iowa Hawkeyes Women's Basketball. Of course, Caitlin Clark is no longer in college basketball, but she still was an inspiration to women's athletics this year, and I liked watching her game develop. I also really envy the way Gabbie Marshall plays on the defensive end of the court. I continue to learn from her play."

Cumulative GPA: 3.99  -   WIAA Scholar Athlete

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "The toughest individual I have ever competed against would be my sister, Jada. We had many epic battles in the backyard and always pushed each other to be better no matter what we were doing."

Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "The high school teammate I admire the most is my best friend Brooke Eckert. Looking back, as a freshman she was the shy, quiet girl who worked hard. Now, Brooke is leading the softball team as the pitcher, and teaching the underclassmen how to become their best selves. She developed into an outgoing and outstanding leader in all three sports she participated in."

College Plans: "In the fall, I will be attending the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire while studying biology and playing basketball!"

Activities Outside of Sports: "Outside of sports, I have participated in many other activities. During the summer, I participate in and lead our church's youth group, along with helping out at community garage sales, and cookie bizarre decorating. I help out with youth sporting athletic events such as 3-on-3 tournaments and camps. I also enjoy fishing, camping, kayaking, and being on the lake with my family and friends."

Favorite TV Show: "My favorite TV Show is Outer Banks. I like how relatable the story is because the plot revolves around teenagers. I like the thrill and plot of the show as well!"

Favorite Movie: "My favorite movie has got to be the first Grown-Ups movie. I love comedies and this is a really good one."

Favorite Musical Artist: "My favorite musical artist is Noah Kahan. His songs are so catchy and I like the message he always portrays to the listeners."

Favorite Subject: "My favorite subject is English because I can express my opinions in writing. I don’t need to come to a direct answer, but rather, form my personal ideas."

Favorite Restaurant: "Hands down, my favorite restaurant is Chic-fil-A. I absolutely love their chicken nuggets and lemonade!"

Favorite Website/App: "My favorite app is Tiktok! Love watching all the funny videos, and despite what some people say, I do learn some things."

Other Family Members: "My family consists of my mom Mel, my father Mike, my older sister Jada, and my pets."
