There were some outstanding games played last week, with a number of matchups between ranked teams, especially in D1 and D2. A couple of those games came at the Eastbay/Converse Classic over the weekend, which served as a nice warm-up for the outstanding number and quality of games to come in the Holiday Tournaments over winter break. Let's take a look at the movement in each division.

**Note** - Due to winter break there will be no poll next week. The next poll will be published Tuesday January 5th.

Division 1

Arrowhead and Milwaukee Hamilton actually tied for the top spot in this week's rankings, but the tie goes to the previous week's higher-ranked team (plus we don't have a system in place to do ties), which is Arrowhead. De Pere and Madison Memorial flip-flopped the #3 and #4 spots with De Pere now at #3, while Madison East and Milwaukee Washington flip-flopped the #5 and #6 spots as well. Milwaukee King has played a pretty tough schedule this year, with losses to Whitefish Bay Dominican and Madison Memorial. The General are now 1-2 and drop from #9 to #13. Sun Prairie has been one of the surprise teams this year, but the Cardinals suffered their first defeat last week at the hands of Middleton and slip to #14. Eau Claire North has opened up the offense a bit this year under first-year coach Aric Carpenter, and Evan Anderson has been a big-time beneficiary. The UW recruit is averaging 13 points per game, and would likely be averaging more if he hadn't sat out much of the Holmen game with his team up 31 heading into the fourth quarter. The Huskies enter the rankings for the first time at #12. Marshfield is also new to the rankings, debuting at #15.

Division 2

Three of the top four teams in Division 2 suffered losses last week, with Northwestern the only one to come through unscathed. The Tigers will be without star guard Steve Tecker due to hip surgery, but they move back into the #1 spot this week. New Berlin Eisenhower is undefeated still as well and jumps up to #2. Last week's top team Port Washington was knocked off on an ice-cold shooting night by Whitefish Bay, but bounced back to defeat former #2 Waupun the next day. Port is at #3 while Waupun is #2. Wisconsin Lutheran was knocked off by Nicolet and the Vikings fall from #4 to #6. Kiel is the high-riser this week, entering the polls at #11 on the strength of an undefeated mark so far. Fox Valley Lutheran has some solid wins as well, and enters at #14. Milwaukee Lutheran and New London barely slipped out of this week's poll.

Division 3

Fall Creek retained the top spot in Division 3, but Whitefish Bay Dominican remains just one point behind. The top nine actually remained unchanged in Division 3. The bottom third of the rankings was pretty volatile however. The Prairie School, New Glarus, Bonduel, and Grantsburg all lost in Week 4, with The Prairie School the only team to hang in the rankings at #14. Darlington and Marathon have identical 7-0 records and burst into the polls. Fennimore is 8-1 with a nice win over Barneveld a while back and their only loss to a solid D2 Prairie du Chien team. The Golden Eagles have only had 6 players score this year, but their core group has stayed healthy and out of foul trouble allowing them to come into the rankings at #12. A big game against a ranked D2 River Valley team tonight will be tough however.

Division 4

Suring has moved all the way up to #2 in Division 4, but a loss at Peshtigo last week drops them to #6 in the Week 4 rankings. Marshfield Columbus just keeps winning, racking up an 8-0 record so far and occupies the #2 spot this week behind top-ranked Randolph. Benton lost for the third time already this season, and the Zephyrs barely stick in the rankings at #14. Racine Lutheran suffered a loss last week but actually remain in the same spot at #10. That loss though was a four point defeat against a ranked D1 team in Racine Park, certainly nothing to be ashamed about. Picking up a win over a solid Catholic Central team the day before helped as well. Monticello, South Shore, and Turtle Lake all lost at least once and dropped out, with Central Wisconsin Christian, Rosholt, and Wauzeka coming in.
