Racine Park -
Park was expected to have a solid team this year, but the Panthers have surpassed most people's expectations. As one of just two remaining unbeaten teams, Park currently sits at 16-0 and 8-0 in the Southeast Conference. Playing an up-tempo, pressure style on both offense and defense, the Panthers feature four players currently scoring in double figures. Senior transfer Josh Cameron has begun to get used to his new team, scoring over 20 points in four of the last five games. During January, Park went 7-0, including six victories in the SEC.

Menomonee Falls -
The Indians have played one of the state's toughest schedules so far this year, and suffered defeat three times in the month of December, including both games at the WBY Shootout. Falls has used those games to its advantage, learning from their early setbacks to rattle off a 6-0 record in January, all against Greater Metro opponents. Included in that stretch was a 63-56 win over second-place Milwaukee Marquette.

Little Chute -
The Mustangs entered the month of January with a 5-3 record, but after reeling off eight straight wins (all against Eastern Valley Conference opponents), they sit at 11-3 and hold a commanding two-game lead in the EVC standings. Included in Little Chute's impressive January were wins over Winneconne and Fox Valley Lutheran, teams tied for second behind the Mustangs.

Milwaukee Hamilton -
There is no doubting the talent on this Hamilton team, and after compiling a 6-0 record in January the Wildcats have established themselves as not only the team to beat in the Milwaukee City Conference, but also one of the best teams in Division 1. Hamilton opened the month with a 20-point win at Milwaukee Vincent, and also picked up wins over City Conference contenders Washington, South, and Pulaski.

Monticello -
Don't let their nickname fool you, the Ponies are one of the toughest teams in Division 4. Featuring a balanced attack that constantly puts pressure on teams with its dribble-drive offense, Monticello just finds a way to get the job done. This is especially impressive considering they feature just one player over 6-1 on their roster, 6-2 junior Reid Zanoya. In January the Ponies went 8-0, including a 50-49 overtime win on the road against conference favorite Barneveld. Monticello sits at 7-0 in league play, one game ahead of Barneveld. The Ponies also picked up solid non-conference wins over larger schools Dodgeville and Mineral Point.
