Mineral Point – Coach Quinn Schultz – 1st Year – The Pointers return all conference pitcher, Bree Ann Reynolds to the circle. They went 14-0 in the conference last season. Another off-season of work should make her even tougher to beat. The team looks to be very competitive in the Southwest Wisconsin Activities League in 2008. The new head coach thinks the team needs to work on team speed and also generate some depth. He thinks their strengths are experience, pitching and defense. The team returns eight other letter winners in Ashley Steffes, Jordan Johnson, Liz Lawinger, Brittanh Gleichauf, Claire Poad, Justina Schmitz, Nicole Mitchell and Riley Schmitz.
