Almond-Bancroft - Coach Randy Yonke, 4th Year -Lost its all-conference second team player Stacy Zelinski-SS. The Eagles return eight of their starters including second team all-conference pitcher Chelsea Gendusa and honor mention all-conference catcher Camille Crahan. The Eagles also return all-conference honorable mention outfielder Jenessa Warzynski.

Bowler Coach Dave Graves, 4th Year  - Returns all of their players including honorable mention all-conference players Rebecca Graves and Tashina Williams. The Panthers also bring in a talented group of freshmen that should help out.

Iola-Scandinavia Coach Tom Anderson, 17th year; Stacy Bestul, 9th year; and Robyne Gunderson, 3rd Year) - Cailin Foerster, a senior, will finally get her opportunity to pitch with the graduation of Ashley Draeger. Cailin has gotten very limited experience pitching at the varsity level, but she has pitched a lot on junior varsity and during the summer. I would expect that Cailin will get much better as the year progresses. At catcher, junior Anne Marx has looked very good in practice in finding a replacement for Brooke Anderson. Anne has gotten stronger and looks really confident behind the plate. Like Cailin, Anne will also get better with game experience. Besides Foerster and Marx, we have five other starters returning from last year s team including senior Kelsey Louison-1B, along with four juniors Kiaya Albers-3B, Alex Berg-SS, Alyssa Erickson 2B, and Lizzy Nelson-CF. As always, I would expect that a lot of our success this season will depend on how good our pitcher and catcher do, but I also believe that our other returning starters need to up their game for us to be successful. It s time for those juniors and seniors to step up and perform as leaders of this team. We always hope to be in contention for the conference championship. I see Rosholt as the conference favorite this season. Marion and Tigerton have strong programs and will continue to put solid teams on the field. I see Wild Rose and Almond-Bancroft also having very good teams. Bowler and Port Edwards are continually improving their programs.

Marion (Coach Deb Malueg) - Marion lost two players that earned all-conference recognition last season, shortstop Tiffany McLaughlin, first team all-conference, and infielder Danielle Ewald, second team all-conference. The Mustangs return four starters including pitcher Stephanie Riska and catcher Chrissy Gray, who both earned second team all-conference honors last year.

Port Edwards Co Coaches: Tami Kroening and Kristin Flater - Lost second team all-conference infielder Kayla Neve, but return seven starters including honorable mention all-conference catcher Amber Cook. The Blackhawks also return for the third year junior pitcher Sammi Rehberg.

Rosholt (Coach Tom Fields,4th Year; Coach Kevin Limberg) - Rosholt after back to back 21-2 seasons and conference championships, loses 4 starters from last years squad, first team all conference players and 4 year starters Anna Zdroik (pitcher), Dream Carlson (2nd base), 2nd team all conference player Tanya Kluck (right field), and HM Emily Venne (1st base). There will be some holes to fill, but they bring back Jeanie Limberg 1st team all conf. and leading hitter in the conference (.467), and Emily Richter 2nd team all conf. Elizabeth Larson (ss), Nicole Wierzba (catcher),and Alyssa Macht (left field) as last year's starters. To fill the void in the cirecle will be the tandem act of Chelsea Richter 4-0

(0.28 era) as a starter last year, and Brianna Hahn who pitched very well at the JV level. Both have a ton of pitching experience, if we can fill those other holes with the talented array of players coming up through the ranks we should be right in the thick of things, but know the rest of the teams in the conference will play us tough.

Tigerton (Coach Glenda Smith) - Lost first team all-conference infielder Allison Hirt, but returns seven starters including two first team all-conference performers, shortstop Liz Cookle and catcher Houston Berg. Sophomore pitcher Marietta Parrott split time in the circle last season.

Wild Rose (Coach Andrea Bechard) - Lost first team all-conference player Gabi Hungerford, but returns second team all-conference pitcher Alicia Testin and all-conference honorable mention catcher Belinda Allemand.
