For the second straight week, there was little change in the Division 1 top 10 rankings, as Menomonee Falls, Burlington, Arrowhead, Kaukauna and Muskego all fell in line again this week. Fond du Lac moved up two spots to No. 6, knocking Pius XI and West Bend East each down one spot. Nicolet moved into the Honorable Mention category as well.

In Division 2, Luxemburg-Casco shot into the rankings, debuting at No. 4 this week after a pair of invitational victories. Fellow Bay contender Denmark also cracked the top 10 for the first time this season after receiving Honorable Mention votes the past two weeks. Catholic Memorial continued its reign atop the rankings at No. 1, while Kettle Moraine Lutheran swapped places with last week's No. 2 Madison Edgewood.

After a surprising week in Division 3, Grantsburg returned to the top spot with fellow unbeaten Racine St. Catherine's came in at No. 2 for the third straight poll. Oostburg jumped four spots to No. 3 this week while Regis moved up two spots and took over the Lady Dutch's spot at No. 7. Lancaster debuted at No. 9 while Manitowoc Lutheran, after a trip to the Resch Center last season in Divsion 4, entered this week's poll at No. 10.

Turtle Lake was the big mover in Division 4, as the Lakers jumped five spots to No. 4 in this week's poll. Highland, Catholic Central and McDonell Central remained 1-2-3, while Royall, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, Clayton and Southwestern remained 5-6-7-and-8. Hillsboro debuted at No. 9, while Central Wisconsin Christian tied with Valley Christian for the 10th spot in the D4 poll.
