Two weeks from today, around 300 girls basketball teams will take to the floor as the regional competition gets underway. Though with less than a week left to impress regional opponents, this week's rankings give a solid look at who may be leaving those seeding meetings in good form. The coaches poll has been relatively steady for the past couple weeks and the top 15 teams in each division have seemed to separate themselves from the rest. Here are the results of the Week 13 poll.

East Troy has stumbled a bit as of late as well, but hung on to the No. 15 spot in this week's poll, just behind newcomer Ladysmith.

New Arrivals: Ladysmith (No. 14).

Division 4

Regis clinched the rough-and-tumble Cloverbelt West league title last week and retained the top spot in D4 with a still-perfect 18-0 season record.
