#2 Eau Claire North (23-2) vs. #4 Appleton East (16-9) @ UW-Stevens Point -  North is in the midst of a 19 game winning streak and hope to grab #20 tonight as well as a berth to the state tournament.  The Huskies have a deep bench making them difficult to stop as it seems like they just keep throwing fresh legs at you.  Kayla Hagedorn, a 6-foot junior guards, leads the team in points per game with 12.7.  Seniors, Kaley Bernhardt and Alicia Olson both also provide the Huskies with consistent scoring averaging 11.9 and 10 points respectively.  Add into the mix, 6-foot sophomore guard/forward Kayonna Lee, who grabs 6 rebounds per game and its not difficult to see why North has made it this far.  The Huskies average 54 points per game on offense, while only giving up an average of 42 points per game.  Appleton East defeated favored Oshkosh West in a four overtime gave that ended 38-36 on Saturday night to advance to Super Tuesday.  However, scoring could be a problem in this match up as East only typically scored around 42 points per game, and has only scored 50+ four time this season.  The Patriots are led by 6-foot junior forward Marissa Michalkiewicz who has averaged 14.2 points and 8.6 rebounds per game.  East gets another 8.2 points per game from 5-foot-9 junior guard/forward Malory Christenson.

#2 De Pere (22-3) vs. #1 Nicolet (23-2) @ UW-Oshkosh
- The De Pere Redbirds are in a familiar situation as last year they brought home the silver ball so they understand what it takes to get to Madison and be successful there.  De Pere beat a talented Green Bay Preble team to advance to tonight's game by a final of 56-42.  They are led in scoring by junior Alayna Cotter who averages 11.4 points and senior Jillian Ritchie who adds another 10 as well as about 5 rebounds per game.  The Redbirds average 55 points per game offensively and give up around 37 points defensively and have 12 players that have seen consistent minutes throughout the season.  Nicolet has really thundered through playoffs fairly easily beating their three teams by an average of 32 points.  Their two losses came in a close early season game to Pius and a team they played out of Chicago.  They average close to 63 points per game offensively and give up only 36 points a game defensively.  They are led by a trio of seniors, Ashley Green (17.6 ppg, 6.7 rpg), Alex Cohen (11.9 ppg, 7.3 rpg) and Gaby Bronson (pictured left, 10.2 ppg).  Added to the mix is 5-foot7 junior guard Brittney Fair who averages 12.2 points per game and its apparent why the Knights are hard to contain.

#1 Pius XI (24-1) vs. Racine Case (22-2) @ Wisconsin Lutheran College - This is a game that is tough to pick, both teams gained valuable state tournament experience last year, as Pius won the gold ball and Case lost in the semifinals to Vincent.  Both teams can score and have similar offensive and defensive averages.  The Pius Popes opted (as did Nicolet) to play up in D1 this year and have outscored their tournament opponents 56-35 in their first three games.  They aren't as deep as Case, where typically only seven players see consistent playing time.  They are led by two underclassmen, Terri Bender, a 5-foot-7 sophomore guard and Nikki Nellen, a 5-foot-7 junior guard, who are averaging 11.5 and 10.1 points respectivley.  The Racine Case Eagles' only losses come this year to Milwaukee Vincent early in the year by one point and to Chicago's Whitney Young High School.  They average almost 70 points per game offensively and have continued that trend, dominating their three tournament opponents by an average of 67-41.  Iowa recruit Sam Logic averages 14.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, 7.2 assists, and 3.3 steals per game and 6-foot-1 junior forward Jameeka Bouie leads the team in scoring at 17 points per game.  Eleven players on the Case bench have seen consistent playing time this year so watch for them to sub and continue to push the pace in hopes of wearing the Popes down.

#1 Middleton (24-1) vs. #4 Franklin (17-8) @ UW-Whitewater - The Cardinals unique style of play has given numerous teams trouble and has helped them dominate several teams throughout the season.  Advancing to their third straight quarterfinal apperance, this team is hungry to make it to the final game this year.  They have outscored their tournament opponents 72-45 and are in the process of a 24-game winning streak.  They are led by seniors Kerry Gardner (pictured) and Rachel Eklund who average 12.6 nd 11.4 points per game respectively.  This is a team that likes to get to the basket and can either score or kick to a three point threat on the perimeter.  Franklin is going to have to be able to stop penetration without a lot of help in order to slow this Cardinal team down.  The Sabers of Franklin are finally getting back to full strength as senior Taylor Atkinson is back in the line up after an injury early in the season.  They are led in scoring by guards Cassidy Mihalko (11.6 ppg) and Mariah Hill (11.2 ppg).  The Sabers have averaged 54 points offensively and given up 40 points defensively throughout the tournament.
