With the expansion by the WIAA from four divisions to five, the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game has moved to five divisions as well.

Each year the WBCA runs this event to raise money for the MACC Fund to help their fight against childhood cancer. Through these fundraising efforts, the WBCA has donated more than $1.8 million to the MACC Fund since the games began. This year will be the 33rd annual Boys' game and the 28th annual Girls' game.
