Favorite Sport: “I would say basketball. I really enjoy the team effort that it takes to get somewhere. I have a lot of friends in that sport so that makes it a lot of fun.”

Best Part of High School Sports: “The competitiveness. The like the drive to succeed.”

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: “I’d have to say when I scored my 1,000th point in basketball this year. It came against Columbus in our second regional game. We lost 60-20 and it was my final high school game. It was a bad game overall, but it was still memorable because I scored my 1,000th point.”

Best Advice Received from High School Coach: “I’d have to say when my coaches told me I was a leader. All of my teammates kind of followed after me and how I felt about a game. I tried to take charge and tried to be a motivator.”

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: “Meeting new people … both in terms of our opponents and my own teammates.”

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: “Time management. I do a lot of things within the city in terms of some community service. Finding time for things like that along with finding time for my homework and spending time with my family can be a challenge at times.”

Favorite Professional Teams: Los Angeles Lakers.

Cumulative GPA: 3.40.

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against: “I’d have to say Emily Neitzel of Lomira in all three sports. She is really, really, really competitive and a very good athlete.”
