The Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association has released the latest spring baseball polls and for the second straight week there are three new No. 1 ranked teams. (Check the rankings page for all the polls this season!)

This week, though, it is Grantsburg holding steady with the top spot in Division 3. The new No. 1 team in Division 1 is Sun Prairie, which jumped over Kimberly.

In Division 2, Altoona moved into the top spot for the first time this season as last week’s No. 1, Racine St. Catherine’s, fell to No. 4.

In Division 4, Barneveld was caught in the middle despite not losing a game yet this year, as Bruce jumped up from No. 3 to the top spot, while Rosholt skipped all the way down to the third spot in the poll.

Of course, all of this right now takes a back seat to the seeds in the WIAA postseason brackets which were released for divisions 2-4 last week. Division 1 should be out officially in the coming days with seeding meetings in the books from the weekend and early this week.
