One week remains of the regular girls high school volleyball season as teams jockey for position in conference races and among regional foes. While there was no change at the top of all four divisions this week, some loaded regional and sectionals may need to consult some RPI or even the WVCA coaches poll in order to break ties for those seeding meetings this week.

Here are this week's results, released by the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches' Association for Week 4 (October 11).

Division 1
Burlington continued its streak at No. 1 this season, despite suffering nine season losses on the year. In fact, only two teams in the top ten have fewer than 10 losses on the season, that being the Demons and Verona, who is still a perfect 32-0 on the season at No. 8. Verona is one of just three unbeatens left in the entire state this season--the other being the top ranked team in Division 3 and the No. 5 in Division 4. Otherwise, Division 1 was a relatively stable week as compared to the last poll after the results of the LaPorte Sprawl played heavy on those votes.

The Angels fell two spots to No. 8 this week and has a big showdown with Division 4 favorite Catholic Central this week to decide who takes the Midwest Classic South title. Regional foes Catholic Memorial, East Troy, New Berlin West and Wisconsin Lutheran also made this week's top 10, three of which graced the top six.
