The Marquette University High School boys volleyball team earned its eighth and final top-billing in this week's coaches' poll, as the Hilltoppers were unanimously voted from Week 1 to Week 8. Catholic Memorial maintained the No. 2 spot all  year just behind the Hilltoppers, as a handful of teams cycled into the No. 3 spot. This week it was Kaukauna again, followed by Wauwatosa East at No. 4 and Appleton North rose to No. 5. Waukesha West, Kenosha Tremper--which suffered its first loss of the season at hands of No. 8 Burlington, Franklin and Shorewood rounded out the final top 10 in that order.

Regional competition begins tomorrow for almost 2/3 of the boys programs with sectionals coming the following week. Stay tuned as we'll get those regional previews out within the next 24 hours.

Here are the results of the final boys coaches poll, as conducted by John Simon and Brad Kuehl.
