Favorite Sport: “Softball is my favorite. I have played softball the longest and I also play on a traveling team called the Kenosha Cyclones. It’s just the sport I like the best.”
Best Part of High School Sports: “I would say just being able to interact with other people in your high school through sports. I also really enjoy the competition.”
Best Advice from a High School Coach: “I always just try to make sure I am having fun and enjoy what I am doing. That didn’t come from any particular coach, but it’s something I always try to remember when I am competing.”
Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: “For volleyball, it was definitely winning the regional title and then advancing to the sectional finals as a senior. In softball, it would be when we won the conference titles as a sophomore and junior.”
Best Part of Playing Three Sports: “I really enjoy the variety. They are completely different sports so just being able to be on three different teams and with different people is a highlight. It’s a different experience for each sport.”
Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: “I’m used to it so it isn’t really all that tough. I try to have fun with it. I enjoy everything that I do.”
Favorite Opponent: “I enjoy competing against the rivals from Kenosha County like Kenosha St. Joseph and Somers Shoreland Lutheran. It’s fun to play against really good teams.”
Favorite College Team: Duke.
Favorite Professional Teams: Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs.
Cumulative GPA: Above a 4.0.
Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against: “Nobody really comes to mind. I have some friends I play against from St. Joseph and Shoreland Lutheran, but I really enjoy playing against them.”
College Plans: “I am going to Judson University. I don’t know what I am going to study yet, but I’m thinking it will be something in education. I will be playing softball at Judson.”
Activities Outside of Sports: National Honor Society, Christian Life Concert Band, volunteer at the Christian Life youth softball camp, volunteer for Christian Life Blood Drive, volunteer for Christian Life Walk For Life.
I Find it Relaxing to: “I’m kind of a person who is very active. I always like to be doing something. I like to go to the movies with the friends or go out and do something else with my friends.”
