WSN Baseball Senior Awards

Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN High School Baseball Awards presented by Taco Bell.

These awards are presented annually to deserving senior student-athletes selected to represent one of three categories:  Outfielder, Infielder/Catcher, and Pitcher.

With the support and cooperation of coaches and fans, we look forward to providing exposure and recognition to outstanding baseball players across the state.

Watch lists will be created from a combination of coach input and nominations, returning all-conference lists, WSN player rankings, and player evaluation. The watch lists consist of between 40-60 players.

Those lists will be trimmed down to five finalists to be selected during the playoffs. A panel of WSN staff along with several veteran prep sports journalists throughout the state will review the finalists and select a winner for each award, with an announcement made the week of the state baseball finals. Winners will receive a plaque and a note of congratulations from WSN.

Each award will have its own page, featuring the watch list and subsequent articles for each.

Further information including watch lists, updates, player stats, and articles will be published on WisSports.net throughout the year, so be sure to visit often.
