A 5-foot-9 outside hitter … Helped Tigerton to a 24-2 record as a senior, losing to Wausau Newman Catholic in a WIAA Division 4 regional final.  
 
Basketball Honors: Four-year varsity letter winner for coaches Shawn Much, Bob Scrivner and Glenda Smith …. Named first-team all-conference as a sophomore and junior, second-team as a senior and honorable mention as a freshman … Played point guard for the Tigers … Helped Tigerton to an 18-6 record as a senior … Scored 27 points in a victory over Port Edwards as a senior.
 
Softball Honors: Four-year varsity letter winner for coach Glenda Smith … Starting catcher for the Tigers for four seasons … A first-team all-league selection all four years … Took a hefty .792 batting average into a WIAA Division 4 sectional final on June 7 against Spencer … Led Tigerton to a 25-0 record heading into the sectional final … Key player for the Tigers’ 2010 Division 4 state-title team.
 
Favorite Sport: “Volleyball is my favorite sport. It’s an intense game. It’s more of a team thing. In volleyball, if one person isn’t doing well, it affects the whole team. Everybody is a big part of it.”
 
Best Part of High School Sports: “Getting close to all of the girls on the various teams and getting to know a bunch of athletes from the other schools.”
 
Best Advice from a High School Coach: “Glenda Smith has always told us to just leave it all out on the floor because you might not get the chance to do it again.”
 
Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: “Winning the WIAA Division 4 state softball championship as a sophomore. We beat Racine Lutheran in the championship game. I hit a home run in that game.”
 
Best Part of Playing Three Sports: “Having great competition all the time and your friends are always there with you in all of the different sports.”
 
Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: “You have to fit in school work and time with your family. Keeping things in balance can be a challenge.”
 
Favorite Opponent: “Definitely Marion. It’s always great to beat them because they are located so close to us. It’s our biggest rival.”
 
Favorite Professional Teams: Chicago Bears, Milwaukee Brewers.  
 
Cumulative GPA: 3.3.
 
Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against: “Kayla Krueger from Marion. We played all three sports against each other. She’s really nice and is very good at all three sports she competes in.”
 
College Plans: “I’m going to Alverno College in Milwaukee and studying physical therapy. I also plan to play volleyball and basketball.”
 
Activities Outside of Sports: Tech Ed Club, Pep Club, Letter Winners Club, Community Cleanup in Tigerton, volunteer with the Tigerton summer recreation department.
 
I Find it Relaxing to: “I’m lazy when I have free time. I like to sit around and not have to do anything.”
