A pair of Milwaukee-area heavyweights will square off this evening in the championship game of the Whiz Kids League of Champions at Milwaukee School of Engineering.
 
Defending WIAA Division 1 state champion Germantown will meet Milwaukee City Conference power Milwaukee Vincent at 6:30 p.m. Thursday for the title. Germantown and Vincent enter the game with identical 10-1 records.

Quarterfinal Results

Milwaukee Vincent 66, Sheboygan North 55 -- Top scorers: Marcus White 16, Demetrius Woodley 11 and Deonte Burton 10 for Vincent; Joseph Hameister 23 and Dan Campion 14 for Sheboygan North.


East Troy 93, Homestead 85 – Top scorers: Nathan Dodge 38, Alex Prahl 28 and Brett Prahl 24 for East Troy; Jake Leihinen 23 and Jalen Key 19 for Homestead.
 
Germantown 83, Brookfield Central 61 – Top scorers: Luke Fishe 28 and Evan Wesenberg 16 for Germantown; Riley La Chance 14 for Brookfield Central.

Milwaukee King 72, Milwaukee Riverside 56 – Top scorers: Austin Malone-Mitchell 27 for King; Bobby Hembright 24 for Riverside.
