Oshkosh West girls volleyball dropped only one set in eight matches and collected three wins on Saturday to take the championship at the UW-Stout Sprawl. Allie Rueger was named to the All-Tournament Team and led the Wildcats with 30 kills, 11 blocks and 5 aces on Saturday.
Altoona girls volleyball competed at the Neilsville Invitational on Saturday finishing 5-0. The Railroaders defeated Independence, Gilmanton, Mauston, Bloomer and Neillsville.
Marquette University boys soccer extended their unbeaten streak to 41 matches after winning the Al Gusho Memorial Soccer Tournament at Brookfield East. The Hilltoppers and Green Bay Preble were tied at 2 after regulation and Marquette won the shootout 7-6 to take the tournament.
Neenah girls cross country got their season off on the right foot by winning the Jamie Block Memorial Invitational in West Bend. Neenah finished with four of their runners in the top nine of the 4,000-meter run.
Lourdes Academy girls tennis swept the singles titles and that carried them to a title of the eight-team Chilton Invitational on Friday.
