Coaches - the tutorial below explains how to update your stats using the mass score option on WisSports.net.

Please Note: If you haven't been given access to your team page by WSN, please email info@wissports.net and include the email address your SportsEngine account is connected to. If you do not have an account, create a free account on the top left or by clicking here. You will also need to click "connect to this site" in red on WisSports.net next to your username after logging in. If you are an assistant coach or statistician, your team's head coach will need to contact us to verify that you have the authorization to enter team info. Please have them contact us with the name of the team and sport, and CC you as well.

Coach FAQ Page

1.  When logged in, go to your team page and click the "Edit/User" light switch on the top right of the page to go into "Edit Mode". If you do not see a light switch, first check at the top left to make sure you are logged in. If you are indeed logged in, contact WSN to get appropriate account access.

2.  Click on the "Game Schedule".

3.  Once in "Edit Mode" on the schedule page, you will see a gear icon that is in the yellow bar above the schedule. Click on the gear icon and then "Mass Score". This will open up in a new tab and will allow you to quickly and easily enter stats.

4.  Once on the Mass Scoring page, find the game you want to enter stats for. Next, click the "Edit Stats" tab on the game. This expands to team scoring; after entering that information, click the save button at the bottom. Please note that you MUST enter the score by quarter (football), half (basketball), etc. of your game, for both teams. After adding the team scoring, click on the tab of the team you're adding stats for. Make sure to click save below the stats before moving to the next set of stats.

5. Standings Options

  • Affects All Standings = Conference
  • Affects League Standings = Non-Conference
  • Does Not Affect Standings = Scrimmage
