Week 2 Rushing Leaders

With Algoma caught in a back-and-forth affair against Southern Door in a non-conference tilt Friday night, the Wolves turned to senior running back Sam Koss to carry the load. He rushed the ball 23 times for a state-best 388 yards with 4 touchdowns as Algoma pulled away late for a 49-28 non-conference victory.

Week 2 Passing Leaders

Dodgeville put the rest of the SWC on notice that they will be a contender this year, rallying to defeat Platteville 48-45. Trailing 38-20 late in the 3rd quarter, and 45-35 with just over 4 minutes to go in the game, quarterback Austin Larson twice brought the Dodgers back for the win. He completed 13 of 28 passes for 420 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Week 2 Receiving Leaders

For the second straight week Greendale's offense put up big numbers against a quality opponent. After a 51-33 win over Cedarburg in Week 1, the Panthers knocked off Franklin 37-13. Quarterback Josh Ringelberg had another big week, throwing for 328 yards and 4 scores. Senior wide receiver Mitchell Brees was his favorite target, catching 13 passes for 208 yards and 3 touchdowns.
