Athlete of the Week: Riley Kallas, Winneconne
Riley Kallas of Winneconne football has been selected as WSN Athlete of the Week for the week of November 18 through 24 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net.
There were 9,905 total votes this week, with Kallas receiving 4427. Tyler Blang of Monona Grove football finished second in the voting with 3,633 votes.
Kallas accounted for 3 touchdowns and had an interception to help the Wolves defeat Platteville 28-14 to capture the Division 4 State Title. He had 7 carries for 58 yards and 2 touchdowns along with finishing with 6 receptions for 120 yards and a score.
