Brookfield Central's Lydia Rohde has been selected as the top senior Shooter as part of the WSN Senior Girls Basketball Awards

Rohde has connected on 58 three-pointers while shooting 49.2 percent from long range as Brookfield Central advanced to the Division 1 sectional finals. The 5-foot-10 guard is averaging a team high 13.3 and 4 assists per game for head coach Dan Wandrey.

A versatile player who can do more than just shoot the ball, she will play at Northwestern this fall.

Finalists for the award were Rohde, Wilmot's Kari Clements, Monona Grove's Alexa Kelsey, Onalaska's Natalie Soper, and Whitewater's Brooke Trewyn.

Past winners of the award include Rachel Atchison of East Troy (2013) and Taylor Varsho of Marshfield (2012).
